6-18-05: Went to the FSL All-Star Game, it was a blast. Got some good pictures, and got a ton of signatures, from 13 different guys.

From the East I got:
Paul Mildren
Reggie Abercrombie
James Russ
Brett Harper
Justin Orenduff
Sean Marshall

From the West I got:
Denard Span
Miguel Perez
Chris Dickerson
Brent Clevlen
Justin Verlander
Adam Lind

Most of the cards I got signed I made myself with my own pictures from this season. I also gave everyone a copy of each card for themself, a lot of guys really liked them, which was awesome. The game was close, and the home run derby was exciting. Everyone was nice, and it was very fan friendly. Also, I must say that Brighthouse Networks Field is one of the nicest parks I've been to, Minor League or Major.

One of the nicest autograph successes of the night however came from a guy who isn't even in the FSL, and wasn't even at the game. I met the agent of Sean Gallagher, who I had previously talked to via the internet, and he was so kind as to give me a signed SP Prospects card of Sean. This was an awesome surprise and really made my night.

6-8-05:The past two weeks have been a bust for my FSL adventures... 3 games, 3 rainouts. Went to the Dunedin game since it hadn't been called at the time, got a couple guys before the rain came.

Joey Votto---SAR---signed 3/3---was pretty impressed by the photos I had on the cards I had made. Was very nice.

Chip Cannon---DUN---signed 1/1 '05 Topps---I forgot to rub down the card, it bubbled a little. He was very nice, and hes on fire. He signed for everyone.

Hopefully this rain doesnt keep up, the picture says it best...

5-23-05:A decent night vs. Palm Beach Cardinals, came out with 5 autographs.

Chris Lambert, Cardinals first round pick last year, signed 2/2. He wins the award for longest "m" in a signature hands down.

Cody Haerther, highly touted Cards outfield prospect signed 1/1. Had a good game, he hit a shot to right field.

Reds catcher Miguel Perez signed 2/2 after the game, was incredibly nice and was emptying the balls from the dugout into the hands of fans.

Summer is here, as is the FSL. Here are the highlights of what I've come across so far...

Justin Verlander #2 overall Pick in 2004 June Draft, signed a custom photo card, being a photo I took.

David Purcey first rounder for the Blue Jays in the '04 June Draft signed a Bowman Heritage.

From the loaded St. Lucie Mets I was able to get top Prospect and local hero Lastings Milledge on a Bowman Heritage. Also, Phil Humber, yet another '04 first rounder signed a custom photo card with a picture I took on it. Other hot prospects I was able to get were closer Kole Strayhorn, and the red hot Brett Harper.

So far its been great, and you can expect weekly updates from now on since school is out.
